This Privacy Policy is published in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”), and Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”).

In operating our website, training programs (X Program, Course cum Internship / Sankalp, Corporate Training / Nirnay), and the WorkPool Talent Platform, we collect the following categories of data:

• Identity & Contact Data: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Mailing / Registered Address.
• Academic & Professional Background: University/College Name, Degree, Year, Skill Specializations, Resume/CV, Portfolio Projects.
• WorkPool & Performance Data: Project Submissions, Evaluation Scores, Skill Badges, Assessment Reports, Certificates.
• Student Payout Data: UPI IDs used solely to disburse project earnings (we do not store full card numbers or banking passwords).
• Company / Institution Verification Data: PAN, GSTIN, CIN (optional), registered address, business email, website, LinkedIn URL, bank name/IFSC and account last-4 digits, and uploaded KYC documents (PDF/JPG/PNG).
• Payment & Billing Data: Transaction IDs, Payment Status (processed via RBI-compliant payment aggregators where applicable).
• Technical Log & Analytics Data: IP Address, Browser Type, Device Identifiers, Session Analytics (including Google Analytics), and support-chat interactions.
• OTP Verification Data: Temporary one-time codes sent to email or phone for account / business verification.

We process your personal data strictly for lawful purposes with your explicit consent (obtained at account registration and where sensitive data is submitted) or for performance of service contracts:

• Program Delivery: Enrolling candidates, issuing course materials, conducting live workshops, and assessing project submissions.
• WorkPool Talent Matching: Sharing verified candidate project performance data with hiring companies for internships and FTE placements.
• Verification of Credentials: Issuing digital certificates, certificates of completion, and shareable skill badges.
• Payouts & Company Verification: Processing student earnings via UPI and verifying company identity / KYC for platform trust and GST compliance.
• Statutory Compliance: Maintaining financial accounts and tax records as required under Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws.
• Platform Operations & Analytics: Securing accounts, sending OTP verification codes, and improving site performance via analytics tools.

Swastika does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial advertising. Data is shared exclusively under strict confidentiality agreements with:

• Hiring Partners & Corporate Clients: Profiles of WorkPool and X Program candidates seeking employment or project roles (upon candidate authorization).
• Licensed Technology Providers: Cloud hosting, SMS/Email communication gateways, and analytics infrastructure.
• Law Enforcement & Regulators: When mandated under statutory orders, judicial summons, or directives issued by competent authorities in India.

As a Data Principal under Indian Law, you possess the following statutory rights:

Swastika implements technical, operational, and organizational security measures conforming to ISO/IEC standards and Section 43A of the IT Act, 2000. Data transmissions are secured using SSL/TLS encryption protocols, restricted database access controls, and regular vulnerability audits.

You may access and update most profile information from your WorkPool dashboard. To request a data summary, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent, email our Grievance Officer at swastikalearningp@gmail.com from your registered email address. We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. tax, dispute resolution) even after an erasure request.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts situated in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
